Support Bariatrics understands that everyone is at different stages in regards to recognizing and understanding the tools needed for implementing healthy lifestyle changes. Sarah has developed the necessary tools and strategies to help you reach your weight-loss goals.
Guiding Your Journey
Topics include but are not limited to initiating and implementing exercise or movement, accountability, sleep hygiene, stress management, coping mechanisms, relationships with food, healthy eating habits, lifestyle changes, preparing for bariatric surgery, mindfulness, pain management, anxiety, how to overcome obstacles, and much more. You can expect to receive a wealth of information, worksheets, and opportunities to gain knowledge of yourself and implement change for a long-term healthy lifestyle. At Supporting Bariatrics, you will receive additional tools and resources to support you holistically in your journey.
